3. Refunds Policy

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after accepting these terms will be considered a breach of contract. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue the matter in Small Claims Court and file a claim for no less than $7,500 USD, plus any applicable legal fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred in the collection process. This policy applies regardless of the outcome of the chargeback initiated with your payment provider.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in the 30 days prior to the claim.

You may stop using our Service at any time. Subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Abusive behavior towards staff or community members
• Sharing or reselling products
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
